Thank You 2009

1. My family – My parents are awesome and so are my siblings. No doubt the house can be quite a stressful place at times, but rarely does anyone go to bed angry. We always seem to get over things fast. I also appreciate all my extended family members – both sides. Meeting up is a regular affair and special occasions just means more food =)

2. Rachel Tan – For enduring the storms and enjoying the sunshine with me. (Yea the rest is private…hehe)

3. Livewire – For being the most genuine and unpretentious cell group one could spend Fridays with. I can really be myself here. Also for Dr. Noel who studiously went through (actually still going through) the Book of Romans with us.

4. Monash CF – The refuge in a sea of homework. God is doing great things here. You guys fill my cup.

5. TRAC MYF Council - Here’s to many more years of working (but feels more like fun) with every single one of you. Thank you for the hours and hours of sharing which really inspires me.

6. The Trackers? Trekkers? J.O. and Co? – Too much of a good thing is bad, so in a way I’m glad we only meet up as entire team only a few times during a year. If not we’d never get anything done but jam and eat and jam and eat. I can get lost in God with you guys.

7. My Mentors and Teachers – Those few people I can seek help and council with. Thank you for leading me in the ways of what’s right and wrong. My life is truly enriched by all of you. Your wisdom and God-centred lives are what I strive for.

8. The Canticle Singers – For one year of jaw-dropping harmonies. Thanks HK and San Sooi for the advice and lessons, and to the singers for hours upon hours of suffering rehearsals together. It was fun. See you guys next time. I will be back.

and finally…

9. God – All things come from God. Every opportunity, every obstacle, every lesson, every blessing. Living for God is true joy and I can only try and make more of it in 2010. I want to especially give thanks for December, for it was a month filled with revelation and restoration. Healing for the past and hope for the future. 2010 feels new and more than previous years, I feel refreshed and ready for something.
